About Me
I was born and spent the first 20 years of my life in Tasmania, Australia. I moved abroad in 1981 and lived in various Asian countries for more than 30 years. I have recently returned to Australia.
I am an avid reader — mainly fantasy in all its styles, though now I tend to listen to e-books rather than read paperbacks. I can never remember a time in my life when I was not writing–the best every birthday present I received was a manual typewriter. I have had two books published by a minor publisher, “In Armageddon’s Wake”, and “The Return of the Seven Keys” (published under the name ‘Lee White’.)
Simply stated, reading and writing is my passion!
About My Blog
I originally wanted an environment where I could share tips and ideas on publishing for new authors, news from the publishing world, book reviews, etc. I also wanted to document my quest for publication, the successes and failures, so that others can benefit from what I have learned ‘real time’.
As with most creations, a blog can take on a life of its own. Knowing how many people are always in search of the latest good book, series or author to read I thought I could review some of my favorite fantasy books and authors as well. Hope you enjoy your visit to my site and come back often!
