Well, it can be. I’m not lonely
I have often wondered what it would be like to be part of a ‘writer’s group’. You know, picture the wannabe writers and the published authors getting together once every upon-a-time to share work, critique writing, drink beer…or wine…or something, and have a grand time together. Nice.
Reality: if anyone else writes in English in this country, writes fantasy or Sci Fi, and speaks English where are they?
Solution: Its been grand to join an online writers/critique group. I can’t really do the subject justice. Perhaps not all writers feel alone. I think of the hours I poured over my manuscript(s), not knowing where the story was going, not wanting to ask my relatives/friends to read as they were way too positive. How can that not be ‘alone’.
I struggle at times with the aloneness but I feel it is an author’s prerogative. Does anyone else who ‘writes’ ever feel the same?

Yep, I feel the same here. I aspire to be a writer, at the moment I am writing a fantasy novel, so I just dropped by here to see if I could find some tips. I really like your books (Denith’s story, Warrior Lord, etc.) they are really great!
